all our tours start at our Headquarters which is conveniently located at 69 Trimble St. downtown. This is the same location as the Music City Gents show so, if desired you can book both activities back to back. The tour also will end at 69 Trimble St.

If you book the party bus before the show the bus will drop you off at the start point; 69 Trimble which is where the show is. You may book the 5pm and the 730pm show perfectly back to back on Saturdays! On Friday’s you may book the 6pm tour or 8pm tour and these tours end when the show begins. 

11am, 120pm, 340pm, 6pm, and 820pm (Exception; on week days we cannot operate our 3:40pm tour due to city restrictions

Every guest must sign a digital waiver before boarding our bus (ask your party host who booked the tour for the link)

All guests must be 21+ if there is alcohol on board

The weather can be unpredictable at times however, please understand that we run our party tours rain or shine. The only time we would consider canceling tours is due to severe weather that endangers the safety of our customer, staff, or bus. If we cancel due to weather factors guests will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule. Guests will not recieve a refund if they should cancel due to weather

– Private Tours are for 2 hours – If you are late, we will wait for your group however, the tours will still end on time.
– Public Tour – If you are not at our location 30 mins or more before your tour time, you will be considered a “No Show”. Out of respect for other riders on the tour we must place a strict on time policy. It would not be fair to hold other riders up due to you not arriving on time.

Yes, our bus goes 12MPG. You are allowed to stand however, we encourage your Nashville Party Bus crew to be seated. *STANDING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK*

No, however, we take 1 restroom break one hour into our tour at our launch location.

Our party bus holds a standard entertainment no refund policy.

Water / Please bring plenty of Cash for tipping our staff / sunscreen / sunglasses

Extra time is available on our party bus as long as there is not another tour behind yours and it doesn’t push into rush hour on a weekday when we are not allowed to operate. The cost is $150 per hour.

– (Private) We do not recommend but understand this happens. You MUST contact us via email, phone, or text and receive confirmation from us that we have added this to the reservation.
– (Public) – You MUST contact us via email, phone, or text and receive confirmation that there was room to add the guest. You will not be able to add someone on site at the start of your tour.

Tennessee Department of Transportation Certified
Our Party Bus company performs annual DOT vehicle safety inspections on all our “for-hire” vehicles. These safety inspections are conducted each year, using a DOT certified 3rd party inspector. The inspection is to ensure the vehicles are in working condition, roadworthy for passengers, and do not need any type of major mechanical needs that would prevent them from being operational.

MetroTransportation License Commission Certificate
Beginning 6/1/22 The City of Nashville will require each vehicle “for-hire” to hold and maintain a city permit.

Vehicles Pre-Checked Before Tours
Every driver performs a 32 point vehicle “pre-check” inspection before each tour. The inspection is recorded on an inspection report and filed for use for any future audits with the Tennessee Department of Transportation. A vehicle is grounded and may not be used for transportation services if a major issue is identified on the vehicle.

Alcohol Beverage Commission Certified Bartenders
Every bartender/host that is on board a tour is ABC certified or certified by the Tennessee Alcohol Board Commission to serve alcohol.

Experienced Commercial Driver Licensed drivers
Each driver must have a current Commercial Drivers License either Class “A” or “B” as required by the Department of Transportation. Furthermore, each driver must also maintain a current physical card ensuring each driver is physically capable to drive and must have a “P” or passenger endorsement to transport passengers for hire. Our drivers are some of the best drivers on-road and each driver must pass a rigorous background check.

Drug-Free Employees
As required by law, our employees are randomly drug tested each year to ensure our workplace is a drug-free environment.

In-house Bus design & Build
Our company designs and custom builds all our modified vehicles in-house. Whether it’s upgrading the light and sound systems, to completely building out a custom party bus to minor repair work or standard yearly modifications. We do this to ensure the best quality parts are used, building a quality product, and for repaid repair work to prevent vehicle downtime.

42″ in-rail height
All of our open-air vehicles that have rails are built to the standard National construction law rail height of at least 42 inches in height to ensure proper safety.

Full insured as required by the City of Nashville
Our company is properly insured and permitted as required by the City of Nashville with “For-Hire” passenger transportation services.

GPS monitored vehicles
We are the only party bus company that GPS monitors all our vehicles for speed, route, location, safety, and help with preventive maintenance.
